re. No notice release of iOS/iPadOS 14 (via SCO email).
Don't worry about the the delay; most users here will likely wait a minimum of a week or two before bothering to update, in case of any major release bugs/issues, anyway. ;-)
The only issue currently known: having to reset preferred browser/mail apps on a device restart – hardly a deal breaker, lol!
