Creating repeating events in calendar applications can save a lot of time, however what about those events that don't follow a regular schedule, yet are similar in configuration? Creating these again and again can be tiresome.

With Fantastical, there is no need for this as it allows you to create both event and task templates. Lee shows you how to do this on both Mac and iOS in this week's tip.

Fantastical uses a natural language engine to allow you to set up calendar events really easily. Already acknowledged as one of the top Mac applications, it's now available for the iPhone.

With it's unique DayTicker and event list, Fantastical allows you to see all your events at a glance, and you can even set up your events using Siri dictation on supported devices.
