Basic Sleep Tracking
iPhone 8 or later
iOS 13 or later (for Basic Sleep Schedule Features)
iOS 14+ recommended (for improved tracking)
Sleep Schedules and Sleep Focus
iOS 13 and above
Automatic Sleep Tracking (Motion Based)
iOS 14+ (iPhone-only tracking using motion sensors)
Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 8 and above
Sleep Stages (REM, Core, Deep, Awake)
Apple Watch Series 4 or later
watchOS 9 or later
iOS 16 or later
Must wear watch in bed
Watch must have at least 30% battery
