Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general are one of the most misunderstood and, to many people, mysterious areas of technology. Despite a chequered past, Bitcoin is on the cusp of becoming mainstream and has seen its value soar over the past few years.

Whether you're already athletic, or if you want to get into better shape with the help of the Apple Watch, these ++ apps from Cross Forward Consulting might enhance your activity tracking.

The Apple Watch comes with both standard Workout and Activity apps that can show metrics on the watch as well as on the iPhone. Unfortunately, you can't control what metrics you see on the Apple Watch whilst doing a workout. With Workouts++ you can create custom watch faces for each type of workout you do, allowing you to display different metrics and even graphs on the Apple Watch.

In this tutorial, Allison Sheridan demonstrates the configuration of Workouts++ using real workout data, as well as how to use the information collected from your workouts in Activity++ and Pedometer++.

Whether you're an athlete, or just want to get more active, these apps will help make your workouts more fun.
