Is there a limit to the size of Album that can be copied between Libraries. I used PowerPhotos to extract all duplicates into new album, then tried multiple times to drag it into a new Library created to store duplicates. Each time the copy failed and no photos were copied.
Please ignore my question. I was able to copy my album of duplicates to another library after rebooting the computer.
Metadata questions: Filename vs. Title vs. Caption.
(1) Is there any way to have the Title and Caption change in lockstep? Or to do the work once and then use "tokens" to move it to the other field.
(2) If anybody cares, I'll give my fistshake on macOS and iOS not using TItle and Caption consistently.
(3) My holy grail is: enter captions for 20 photos, place them in a album, make a real slideshow (one that can be exported as .mp4 or the like) with the captions artfully displayed. After a trip, I could send this to my kids for example and they'd know what the ___, I wanted to communicate about each photo. They don't want to hear me drone. Also, this method would allow reuse of captions in different slides shows. If captions won't work for that, substitute titles.

That would be very cool. As you say, the real solution would be some consistency. Having captions in iOS but no Titles is so aggravating! I don't know of any way to make the change in lock step, but it would be worth writing to support to see if that's a possibility.
I wonder if there's a way to script your idea. I know that if you add a title to a photo (on the Mac) and export it, there's an option to have the title be the name of the exported file. You could use a prefix for the file names (001, 002, etc) so they'd stay in the order you want for the slide show.
If ChatGPT is to be believed, you can use Shortcuts to get the names of each file and then combine the text into a file. And again, if ChatGPT is to be believed, you can create a slideshow with Keynote and it can set each slide title from a text file and then export to video.
I hope you try this idea (or else I'll have to!)

Very useful tutorial, Allison (as usual). I was teetering on getting PowerPhotos as I need more flexibility for an upcoming work project where I'll be collecting and trying to organise metadata for a lot of images. Your tutorial confirmed that I definitely need PowerPhotos. And then... I saw Lee's hint about Bundlehunt where it's available at a silly price. No brainer!
