Zoom is an extremely popular video conferencing application, that is used by the British government for press conferences, as well as by schools, universities, and businesses around the world.

Once you have your captions back, he demonstrates using HandBrake to generate video files with either embedded or burned in captions.

Since recording the ScreenFlow 8 Foundation course in early 2019, Telestream has released ScreenFlow 9, a major update to this amazing application.

Due to the complexity and feature-rich nature of ScreenFlow, we're going to spread the tutorial over three episodes: the first episode, SCOM0815, introduced the basics of ScreenFlow. In Part 2, Don covers more hints and tips on working with clips on the timeline, gives you a tour of several of the inspectors, and shows you how they integrate with your screencasting and editing workflow.

The series will conclude in a couple of weeks with the third and final episode, where we'll look at some of the more advanced features in ScreenFlow 8.

If you have ever tried to take a photograph that includes a bright sky and a dark foreground or one in a lowlight situation, you know the frustration in trying to figure out how to expose for various light scenarios. It can be difficult to do, even for professionals. This is where High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography comes into play.

This week, Todd explains what HDR photography is and shows us how to take multiple exposure or bracketed photos to get an optimal exposure. You also learn how to blend these photos using the Aurora HDR 2019 app on the Mac, as well as editing the resulting image and then sharing it as a print or for digital use.

In this week's tip, Mike shows you how to make easy edits on multiple photos using BestPhotos for iOS. You find out how to quickly delete photos or mark them as favorites, add location metadata, as well as clean up "accidental videos".

The holidays are the perfect time to share photos with the people closest to you using the Shared Albums feature in iCloud Photos.

In this week's tip video, Mike shows you how to set one up, add your favorite photos, then invite friends and family to view it. He also goes over the Public Website option so your album is accessible from a web browser on any device.

Think of HashPhotos as a way to augment Apple Photos. It works on your existing iCloud Photo Library but brings unique capabilities that simply don't exist in the Photos app.

You don't have to choose between Apple Photos and HashPhotos because they work together, allowing you to have the best of both worlds. Most of the features of HashPhotos act on your iCloud Photos Library, so if you create albums and folders in HashPhotos, they show up there, too. Edits you make to your images also carry over.

HashPhotos is incredibly fast, even on a giant iCloud Photos library, making it more efficient for some things than working in Photos on the Mac. But the real power is in the extra features, like adjusting the dates on photos, adding location data, creating film strips, and much more.
