In this video, Lee introduces a task management application that has recently undergone a change of ownership.
Formerly known as Wunderlist, Microsoft To Do is a cross-platform task management solution that allows you to make quick lists of tasks that require completion. You learn how to create tasks and lists, configure notifications, use attachments and notes, and collaborate with others. Lee also walks you through the configuration of Siri Shortcuts to add tasks to lists on the move. After switching to the Mac, he wraps up with a short section that shows how Outlook and To Do work together.

Great tutorial as always, Lee. I've been testing Microsoft To Do ever since they first launched, and I agree that it's finally ready for prime time. I know you didn't have a Wunderlist account so you couldn't test the importing of tasks so I thought I'd explain how well it works. In general, in this latest version, it works very well.
There's one rather large problem, though. If you have shared lists with someone, you'll both get the shared list, but the one in To Do will not be shared. One of you has to delete the shared list, and the other person has to reshare it to the first person. That doesn't seem like a big problem unless you've got a LOT of shared lists like I do, or if you share to a lot of people that's a big hassle.
Learned a lot from your tutorial! Now if those cool Siri Shortcuts would work consistently I'd be happier...
