Thanks Robert - I enjoyed this one and have just started the outline for the Workflows one. Hoping it's a winner too!

Really useful stuff that will enhance my use of Alfred. Thank you! One question: I'd like to make it so that clicking Alfred's Contacts addresses takes me to Google rather than Apple maps, as shown in your video. But when I replace the existing Apple URL in the Contacts/Map URL slot with the one you used, https://google.com/maps/search/?q={query}, then clicking the Contacts address only takes me to Google maps home page, not the location for the address. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Antony,

Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. The URL should work! I've just tested again here it's OK - so perhaps copy paste either one of the below directly into the field:
https://google.com/maps/search/?q= {query}
https://maps.google.com/?q= {query}

Cheers!

Thanks, Lee... but neither working. I get Google's map page appear, fir sure, but a message saying "Google Maps can't find ... and then the address I clicked with each field's contents enclosed in %20 and %19 characters.

Great to hear Kara! I enjoy creating videos on topics I use daily, such as this, and the outline for the Workflows video is taking shape nicely.

Fantastic screencast. Been using Alfred for a long time, but STILL learned stuff.
Thanks, Lee.

Thanks Jess, that's why I still love doing this because I learn stuff myself when I'm researching as well and it improves my workflows personally! More to come on Alfred too, just buttoning up the workflow video now.
