The macOS Dock has gone relatively unchanged for as long as it's existed. Enter Sidebar, a utility that offers a modern take on the Dock. Join Darcy as he takes you on a tour of the app and reveals some of its most useful features, including one-click access to files, folders, or apps, and the ability to display date and time right on the Sidebar dock. You can also add a volume control as well as get a preview of an open app's window.
Sidebar will run on macOS 12.0 or newer. A 7-day trial is available on the developer website listed below. Sidebar is included as part of a Setapp subscription.
