Keynote had a shake-up this year, and there are now two of them on the Mac. In the first of a two-part series, Lee works out which one you’ve got, then builds a real talk from a blank theme to a finished deck.
The trick is designing it once, so every slide falls into line without fixing each one by hand. You'll pick up the basics of creating your own theme, adding content including media, even charts that actually make sense. Then when you realise transitions aren't just for slides, everything starts to fall into place.
