Airtable is one of the tools we use daily here at ScreenCastsOnline to assist us with our show creation and our post production workflows. It's been quite a while since we covered this indispensable service, so we decided to start from scratch.

In the first of this two-part series, Don goes over the basics of Base and Table creation, taking a look at some of the most commonly used fields. In addition, he also shows you how to link tables and configure a rollup fields. You also get familiar with the many views available in Airtable.

Hazel has been around for a long time as a utility application on macOS, looking at folders of your choosing and watching for changes, so that it can work magic and move/copy/rename files as well as a whole host of other actions. Previous versions of Hazel lived in System Preferences, however the release of version 5 of Hazel heralded a new era, that of a stand-alone application on the Mac.
