OmniOutliner is the premier outlining application for the Mac and iPad, and has recently had a major update on both the Mac and iPad.

In this episode, Tim Stringer will take us through some of the more advanced features including using multiple columns, importing and exporting data and OmniPresence.

One of the strengths of the latest versions of OmniOutliner is the cross platform compatibility, so you can freely exchange documents with both the Mac and iPad. OmniPresence allows for the syncing of documents without relying on iCloud.

Why does this say questions and not comments? Or question/comments. This is a slick video but I would have liked to have a more in-depth video, such as going through each menu item. Maybe another video.

As far as a more in-depth video, perhaps when the next release comes out we can do a deeper dive video.

I hope you found this useful though?

Excellent video. These shows really help me better understand the software as well as to determine if I should buy them. Keep up the good work!

Joined Tim's Learn OmniFocus and in watching some of his videos realized how cool OmniOutliner was. I have been using a web app WorkFlowy for years as it is available everywhere. PC at work, Mac, Android and iOS. With OmniOutliner I will be cut off of web access at work, but this video had me take the plunge deeper into the Apple Only Expensive rabbit hole.
Like others I wish there were more here.
None the less a great video
